Folie à deux is a rare psychiatric syndrome in which symptoms of a delusional belief are transmitted from one individual to another. It also revealed that a mixtape, titled Welcome to the New Administration, was available for download for free on the FriendsOrEnemies website.[41] The mixtape contained several snippets of new Fall Out Boy tracks, as well as new music from other bands such as Gym Class Heroes, Cobra Starship, and Panic! at the Disco. However, none of the titles were confirmed for Folie à Deux. It also featured a song titled \"America's Sweethearts\" which was eventually confirmed for the album but with an alternate spelling, \"America's Suitehearts\". The band confirmed that it intended to release the mixtape in conjunction with the \"Citizens\" campaign, and felt that it was relevant to not only the themes of the album, but the 2008 election as well.[41] Wentz explained \"The whole campaign is part of the record and people can call it whatever they want, but the mixtape was part of that campaign, and we'll see what happens from here...In creating this autocratic organization, we created a democratic campaign, because people have made it go the direction they wanted it to go.\"[41]

The album received generally positive reviews from music critics.[69] At Metacritic, which assigns a normalized rating out of 100 to reviews from mainstream critics, the album received an average score of 73, based on 21 reviews, which indicates \"generally favorable reviews\".[69] Dan Martin of NME gave the record a very positive review, calling a \"defining statement\" with the band's \"most stylistically hatstand-but-indisputably-best songs yet.\" He wrote, \"We're not saying it's as good as genre watermarks American Idiot or The Black Parade. We're just saying it comes close,\" closing with calling it a \"staggering achievement.\"[30] Stephen Thomas Erlewine of Allmusic rated the album four out of five stars and compared it to labelmate Panic! at the Disco's effort earlier in the year, Pretty. Odd. He wrote that \"Fall Out Boy captures the Zeitgeist of the latter half of the 2000s better than any band: there's so much going on in Folie à Deux, you either choose to take it all seriously or take none of it. Fall Out Boy make as much sense when heard either way.\"[26] Scott Heisel wrote for Alternative Press, commending the band for its \"creativity, ingenuity and willingness to try just about anything.\" He compared the meaning of the term folie à deux (\"a madness shared by two\") to the two very distinct feelings expressed in the different sides of the record, calling the album a good representation of the band's career.[31]

So I've recently transferred to a new iPhone. I made a back-up on iTunes and restored from there, and there didn't seem to be any issues until I looked at my music library and discovered that 2 albums were missing and one of the albums I had purchased had some missing songs on it, with only 6 songs from the album available to download.

I checked iTunes on my computer for my purchased items (Account > Purchased), but for some reason it says I don't have any purchased music available to download Though I'm not sure if it says that because my computer already has all my purchased albums downloaded into its iTunes library. So the issue is that the songs are present in my iTunes library and in my old iPhone, but for some reason, they don't show up in my list of Purchased songs in the iTunes Store app on my new iPhone or on my computer (assuming that, regardless of whether or not my computer already has them downloaded, they should still show up there), which is preventing me from downloading them.

EDIT2: Yeah, I restarted my phone and was able to redownload the missing songs into my new iPhone. Though now, one of the albums has been separated into two for some reason. I'm not sure if that's because they were downloaded separately or if iTunes updated to separate them like that for future downloads since the second half of the album contains music videos instead of just songs and they were just put together into one album back when I first purchased them.

One album is still missing, though. Unsure of what I can do to redownload it since it wasn't hidden like the other two albums that I was able to redownload. If it's relevant, it's put under a \"Compilations\" header (though one of the other albums was also put under Compilations and I was still able to unhide and redownload it).

For EDIT : albums can only be hidden if you hid them, which can either be done by explicitly hiding them or potentially when deleting a downloaded copy of them (depending upon what you select when you delete them) 1e1e36bf2d
